Concrete Crack Filler Penetrates Into The Depth Of The Crack, Filling The Void And Sealing Against Moisture And Water Vapours. Once Dried It Forms A Tough Flexible Seal That Withstands Ponding Water And Vehicle Traffic.

How To Use
Surface Preparation
- Surfaces Must Be Clean, Sound And Stable
- Surfaces Must Be Free From Moss, Grime, Oils, Petrol/Diesel Residues, Animal Fats Or Grease
- Remove Dust And Loose Matter In Cracks And Joints By Blower Or Vacuum
- If Concrete Is Loose Or Unstable, Repairs Should Be Made Before Crack Sealing Commences

- As A Guide 1 Litre Will Seal 5 – 10M Of Crack Depending On Width & Depth
- It Is Not Recommended To Fill Cracks That Are Wider Than 15Mm Wide
- Concrete Joints With A Depth Greater Than 40Mm Require A Foam Backing Rod Inside Depth Of Joint Before Filling
Drying Time
- In Normal Ambient Conditions Of 20C The Concrete Crack Filler Will Be Dry Within 15 Minutes, Ready For Vehicle Traffic After 1 Hour
- In Cooler Conditions, Drying May Be Prolonged
Tips
- It Is Recommended To Check The Surface Condition Of The Seal After 24 Hours. If Any Signs Of Shrinkage Are Evident, Re-Apply Concrete Crack Filler To The Surface Until The Joint Is Filled And All Shrinkage Areas Are Covered.
